Viewing Insight for Teams
Know how to track overall progress of teams.

Insight displays the consolidated progress of teams and users.

The following are advantages of Insight feature, but not limited to them:

  • Allows to drill down to a specific user and specific team.

  • Export specified teams and specified users OKRs into an excel sheet.

  • Track the OKRs that are closed, doing smoothly, having risks, or not progressing properly.

Note: Insight does not display the details for the user who are not part of any team.

To View Insights:

  1. From the Vertical Menu Bar, click Insights.

  2. From the All Team drop-down list, select the checkboxes of the teams that you want to select.

  3. Select the appropriate period.

  4. Do the following in the order listed:

    1. Click the arrow button of Select Teams, select Teams.
      By default, if you are part of single or multiple teams, then your associated teams are already selected.

    2. In the Select Teams screen, select the checkboxes of the teams that you want to view.
      Note: If you select a child team without selecting its parent team, instead of right tick mark, a minus tick mark is displayed in the checkbox of the associated parent team.

    3. If you want that details of each child team of the selected team must also be displayed, enable Include sub team.

      Note 1: If you do not want a specific team, remove its check box. Or, click Clear to remove all the selected teams.

      Note 2: If you want to view the details of your associated teams only, click the arrow button of Select Teams, select My Teams.

  5. Click the Team Insights tab to view the details associated with the team.
    The following parameters are displayed related to the selected teams.

    • Average Progress: Indicates that the average of overall progress.

    • Team Status: Indicates the number of teams, and number of teams that contains OKRs and does not contain OKRs.

    • Team progress with OKRs:

      Number of teams in each of the following OKR progress status:

      • 0.0 to 0.3 (denoted by red colour)

      • 0.4 to 0.6 (denoted by orange colour)

      • 0.7 to 1.0 (denoted by green colour)

    • Check-in status with OKRs: Displays the number of teams where check-ins of OKRs have started. It also displays the number of check-ins in the last 7 days and the last 14 days, and number of OKRs which were never checked-in.

  6. (Optional) Click the arrow button of All to select one of the following options:

    • Teams with OKRs: To view only those teams that contain OKRs.

    • Teams without OKRs: To view the teams that does not contain OKRs.

    • Teams with check-inns: To view the teams that have checked-ins at least one of their OKRs.

    • Teams without check-ins: To view details of the teams that have not checked-any of their OKRs.

    • Teams with Non-Started OKRs: To view details of the teams where check-ins of at least one OKR is not started yet .

    • Teams with At-Risk OKRs: To view details of the teams which contain at least one OKR with At-Risk status.

    • Teams with Behind OKRs: To view details of the teams which contain at least one OKR with Behind status

    • Teams with On-track OKRs: To view details of teams which contain at least one OKR with On-Track status.

    • Teams with Closed OKRs: To view details of teams which contain at least one OKR with Closed status.

  7. As per the option selected in the above step, the grid shows the following details of each team:

    1. Team name: Name of the teams.

    2. Manager Name: The manager of the team.

    3. Average Progress: The average OKR progress of the team.

    4. Objective by progress: The number of objectives in each of the following progress level:

      • 0.0 to 0.3 (denoted by red colour)

      • 0.4 to 0.6 (denoted by orange colour)

      • 0.7 to 1.0 (denoted by green colour)

    5. Objective count: The number of objectives.

    6. Objectives by status: The number of objectives in each progress status.

    7. Last check-in: The last time when any OKR was checked-in.

  8. (Optional) Click Export OKRs to export the list of associated OKRs
    A file called User_insights is downloaded.

The excel file contains the same details as specified in the above step 3 of the above table.
